MONTESSORI
The Montessori students went on many adventures this week! From Meredith’s farm to making African cookies with Ms. Jenny. Everyone enjoyed some fun sharing on Friday with a tea party send-off into spring break!!
LOWER SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
First and Second Grade: The first and second graders have created some amazing instruments for our Engineering Design Challenge this week! Simon Guest made a “Ga-Drum” and Minnie Williamson made a “Curly Clarinet”. Kase Murray made a “finger piano” and Sebastian White-Acuna made an actual mini guitar!
ERB Test Scores. On Thursday, April 16 homeroom teachers will email individual ERB test scores home. The ERB scores are one piece of data that we use in combination with a host of others to improve our curriculum delivery as well as inform how we support and offer enrichment to individual students. Come to a Zoom Session Wednesday April 15 at 1:30pm with Jesse McTigue to learn more about how to read your students ERB scores.
UPPER SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
TMS Senior Art Students Koko Waller, Zelle Winter, Sophia Bridger, Lochlan Boling, and Kyle Soukup will be having a Virtual Art Exhibition within the Telluride Arts Virtual Artwalk for April and May. Each student will have a dedicated web page on the Telluride Arts website for the culmination of their IB Visual Arts art projects! Links and launch date to come in the next few days! Stay tuned!
Senior IB students are working diligently to complete the last of their Internal Assessments before the April Deadline.
